Do NOT purchase the chat option if you have a group. There is a decent chance of it making the hub app crash on startup and unusable for the rest of your trip. Even uninstalling, clearig cash/data, reinstalling do not fix the issue. It was explained to me that it was a software issue that randomly affected users. The workers at the help desks told me that people with the same phones in the same groups would have it working fine and others not at all. Other than that, the app is great.

Mitchell, 2025-02-03It would not connect on my husband's phone or our friend's phone the entire cruise. It was useful!! But,it could have more information/details about things. example. It said to make a reservation for breakfast, but, it did not tell you cannot do it until the restaurant opens the morning of your wanted breakfast!! That caused a lot of hassels for people for whom the app would not connect,. our friends who cruise a lot could never connect and were unhappy they could not connect.
