2024-12-07 | It works as expected. It would be nice to be able to edit the order in which items are shown. Just a simple hold and drag option to reorder the items I have listed in the app. A recent update has removed my ability to edit a customer's information so I can no longer add their names or emails. This feature still works on my partner's iPhone so not sure why it was disabled on Android but this feature was key for me to capture my customer's information. | ||
2024-09-06 | I love the size and portability, but my tapping doesn't work real good and it has had some problems with connectivity at times, I'm going to see if I can get a better one, I know the device I have is entry level, but I think at entry level where every penny counts, it should be flawless to ensure that you can account for every penny? 2024-07-02 | They said there is no monthly fee but they lied. For the swipe terminals there was a monthly fee but for the blue tooth terminal there was only a surcharge for its use, no monthly fee, so I chose the blue tooth terminal. I don't need to run a lot of credit cards. Now though they are taking out fees from my bank account with no explanation. When I called the number provided they tried to sell me Medicare insurance. This is a scam and I am going to report them. | ||
2023-08-21 | Normally, we are a cash business, but times are changing. I probably tried half a dozen card reader apps. Everyone always had some issues mainly (recovering funds) very important. Almost gave up on taking credit cards until I met Vince from Infinity Payment Systems (Swipe Simple) he worked with me until I completely understood what to, and why to, and most important how to recover the funds and information. Hope your app is used and by the right people(people who appreciate your dedication) | ||

They all need to improve their swipe machines and the applications that they use with them as well. For the fee's that all of them are charging us business owners, it's ridiculous that they don't have better equipment and applications and customer service for us. I'll just leave it at that! | ||

Once signed in it's fine but if you log out to log back in to a different account it refuses to load. I remember it doing the same thing when I first signed in. Update the app please. | ||

If you uninstall the app, wipe out your bluetooth settings, pair the card reader again, then start the app again you might get one transaction before losing connection and have to start all over again by removing the app. Tech support is a joke. 2022-09-21 | merchantone: the app does not work, I wasted about 10 days going through all the financial stuff and negotiations, after all that, tried to install the this app, but it did nothing, just a frozen blank screen . after 2 days on the phone with useless tech support, I canceled the account, all they say is to reboot the phone and uninstall and re-install the app , they are super incompetent. This is app is not ready for prime time, they need to hire some sharp , smart IT guys. | ||
2022-09-18 | If you are a potential small business do NOT trust this app and it's ability to take payments. The Bluetooth decides when it wants to work and some times the app will crash in the middle of a payment leaving the person who is taking the payment unaware if the payment actually went through or not. It's a constant problem with our app and swipers. This app has already lost us more than a couple of customers and some payments that should have gone through but did not, losing us money. It's absurd. |
