| 2024-01-03 |  | | Awful app. Logging in is a nightmare if you can't remember your "memorable" word there's no clue like other systems like first pet etc... You then can't proceed to getting an email if you forget your password because you forgot your memorable word. Inside isn't much better design wise. My original credit unions app was brilliant in every way before it merged into Cara and now i have to use theirs. |
| 2023-08-23 |  | | This app is far behind their other banking competitors like PTSB, AIB etc. Should have one homepage with the option to click into Current account savings, loans etc and then show the info from there. Transfers on this app are a nightmare too. I generally will use Google pay to put money into my revolut and transfer friends money from there. Lots that could be improved. |
| 2023-07-24 |  | | The constant Maintenance of the app is painful. Really a text ahould be sent notifying customers of maintenance thays going to take place prior to it taking place. Imagine being out having dinner in a restaurant and having No. Cash on you, and then having trouble Paying because i cant access my money due to maintenance. 24/07/2023. Wouldnt even give a star Any one that doesn't have this, DO NOT GET IT. its constantly going through maintanence, theres always trouble transferring. |
| 2023-07-17 |  | | It's working a lot better than it used to, but it still needs improvement. Currently a bug changing standing orders, just gets stuck and doesn't load any further. Also, it loads ALL historic transactions on the accounts page, which slows it down a lot. Needs an update! |

| 2023-03-02 |  | | App stopped working altogether and have had to delete. Do the creators of it even read these reviews or care that it's buggy as hell without it being fixed? |
