There were some recent changes to Motive Financial's Savings offer and I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best benefit, as it had just rolled out on the 14th, I got through to an amazing rep Julie within less than 2 minutes, she was able to remove my old chequing account and update my new savings account to allow tap access as well as take care of everything else. Great interest rates, TFSA just does its thing. I am very happy. Again another shoutout to Julie! She was amazing!

Buttons don't work when I click. Nothing responds to touch. Can't click anywhere to login nothing responds. Motive told me just use web banking. In the meantime very annoying to do mobile banking here. I used to be able to bank with Motive now it's just for storing funds. Motive was unwilling to fix this issue effecting the Motorola Edge+ 2023. Update / Fix: Click Settings, Click 3-Bar Hamburger Button Top Right, Click Log In.
