2024-09-16	Debi McElroy	Brand new member of this bank and I'm totally impressed. I feel valued if that makes sense. The features are great and easy to navigate. Locations are easy to get to. Service is quick and efficient. I had been a member of another credit union for 40 years and had been seeing the service go downhill for a while.
2024-08-05	John Pace	The app is good for making transfers or loan payments. However, the balance and card transactions are typically 3 to 5 days behind. Really need to advance a couple decades in functionality.
2024-01-04	Roy Finch	The app is horrible and does not work. The only thing it will allow me to do is log in. I can't select accounts to transfer money, link external accounts to it, or anything of that nature. The app is a pain and just doesn't work! I have a vehicle financed through them and have to literally drive to the bank every month to pay the bill cause their online banking or mobile app doesn't work! Zero stars.
2021-01-15	Cheryl Marie	I heard about this amazing app on Coast to Coast Am the other night and was excited to check it out. I've downloaded the app, made and account, verified everything. Whenever I try and load the app it crashes immediately after I put in my email & password. It would be AWESOME if someone could fix this bug?!?!
2020-10-23	N i a b i	Was ok until a recent update. Crashes, doesnt let me log in. Used to get my paychecks at a regular time usually before 10. Last week I got paid at 2am. Charges and paychecks just get put in whenever. Bank has a bunch of hidden fees and extremely high overdraft fees in case the bank doesn't complete transactions in time (which happens very often, some purchases take over 4 days to take out with this bank but my other bank puts the same purchases through in less than a day). Terrible. Don't bother
2020-08-27	Chuck Goodwin	The basics didn't seem to work very well, but they've improved with every update. For one, the app doesn't tell you the max deposit that can be made using it, but then disallows the deposit when you finish it. Also, the next time I tried to deposit, the app would NOT recognize my "for mobile deposit only" on the back, and refused to deposit the check, despite my efforts. The app needs some work! Very frustrating.
2020-08-19	Gary Nicholas	In my experience, the links are broken in regards to credit cards. I have checked periodically over the course of a year and have not seen improvements. When clicking any links to cards, information shows zero balances and the options to transfer or make payments tgrough the app. Useless in regards to the only functions I desire. Fortunately, the app allows you to view the total balance of the card on the home page along with the regular balances.
2020-08-12	Goth Crayon	Connection can be be a bit finicky at times, but it's tremendously useful for transferring funds to shared accounts, setting up sub-accounts for savings, and checking your balances on the fly. It's also useful for overseeing card expenditures and addressing anomalies that can occasionally occur. If you have a Campus Credit Union account, you WANT to have this application.
