App will not recognise the company phone number that I have so unable to proceed with the app. No way of seeking assistance.

1 star because I can't give 0 stars. App installed apparently OK but it will not recognise any of The RAC breakdown numbers. From what I can see of this app it is pointless anyway because I can just contact The RAC directly - I tried this app as I was directed to it by a combination insurer. Because this app won't accept the breakdown number, it won't allow me any further access, so I have no idea if it would help with the other parts of the insurance cover.
