| 2024-01-04 |  | | Very outdated looking app. Get alerts that say certain functions are not working most of the time. The $2,000 limit for external transfers is frustrating if you are trying to pay something off. Giod rates with this company and the people are great, but the app is a horrible experience. Just want to pay off my car so I can be done with it. |
| 2023-07-19 |  | | Worst banking app ever. Never recognizes a check and we have to go through the deposit process about 7 times every time before it finally accepts the check. There's nothing blocking the numbers at the bottom but it still always says the numbers are no legible. CAHP CU has been saying for over a year they're working on fixing the problem but clearly they're not. |

| 2021-07-16 |  | | The website is improving all the time. The speed with which the screens respond is usually very fast. New features are added which really makes mobile banking so nice. Thank you. 5/1/20 This app is so easy to use. The bugs have been worked out and the screens come up quickly. If there is a problem, it is usually because I did something wrong. Lol (Don't tell my family I was wrong!) Still give stars. 7/16/21 The app continues to improve. I give six stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 |
