The worst cab experience possible, first they tell you to pay the advance amount and then a driver is assigned to you. After the driver calls you and demands extra money for the travel and then cancels the trip and then a new driver is assigned. This cycle continues till half hour of your travel time so you have no option but to accept their terms in emergency. Even the customer care executives are same. They do not even refund the amount to your account but only a lifetime voucher is provided

Extremely bad experience. Booked a taxi for 6AM. After reassigning the driver 3 times, final driver details were sent at 2AM. The driver in the morning refused to pick calls. Customer service told at 6:30 that driver unable to reach the location so they're finding another driver and we should wait till 7:30. Even by then they could not find a driver and ultimately had to cancel booking. Don't book from them at any cost
