The app is well-rounded with personalised training and meal plans. The workout videos are very comprehensive and easy to follow. They can also be played alongside the workout timer so I feel less lonely when I'm working out. The meal plans are very informative as they let me know and understand the nutrition information of the food that I am feeding my body. Each meal plan also comes with a shopping list, which the number of portions can be edited for, so it's really convenient.
