I placed my initial order in store and received an email link to this app to "help" manage my orders BUT instead of allowing me to conveniently change from brushed nickel to oil rubbed bronze within a few hours of leaving the showroom, it DUPLICATED the ENTIRE order and will not allow cancelation claiming items have already shipped and FedEx and UPS show otherwise... |
