Despite their stated policy of processing refunds within 2-7 working days, it has now been 10 days since I requested a refund, and I have yet to receive it. Moreover, the lack of professionalism in their customer service is unacceptable. I have reached out multiple times for feedback and updates on my refund status, but I have received no response. |
| 2023-11-24 |  | | This app isn't working properly. I go through the process and when it comes to paying i have to add a security code.. I've done this 4 times already and it says the code is saved, but as soon as I want to continue i have to redo it AGAIN.. I can't get past that point.. |

| 2023-07-29 |  | | I am on a 50/50 with the app. When working, it's convenient. However, I have been struggling for months to add 2nd card. I used the buddy help and contacted Buddy, however tthe problem persisted. Today I finally got to add the 2nd card, but the Approved screen does not close (even after 30 min). If I try to close it, it says payment in progress and cancels the process. So N$1 has been deducted twice now and I am still waiting for the screen to close so that I can use the app. Whn do I get refund |

Will try the download onto the Galaxi tonight on a different network. Scrolled through the app feature, looks promising- was easy to navigate... |
| 2022-07-29 |  | | The app allows for convenience but the turn around time for delivery is very long. I've had 2 incidents where there was issues with my orders. But I've recieved calls from the support team to assist with resolving the matter. EG: an order from KFC and Hungry lion has a delivery time of 1hour. This is a fast food franchise and delivery should not take long. |
