The new app isn't working at all, the BSFmobile bring back my account to the old app asap i need to pay my bills, it's always loading and crashing like crazy it won't even let me type the OTP before it carshes and close the page. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Very slow. Also, web "New Digital Banking" is sooo slow and even does not login, unable to access my account neither mobile app nor web site. The previous channels were working well this new channel has very bad start.
