A recent update of the software has inflicted several bugs... most annoying is the videos no longer going to the cloud. I finally cancelled the old contracts and signed up for new ones, but these lasted only a couple of days and then disappearing. I don't have time re-configure the system on a daily base... and still be left with only about 20% of the video I had before. I don't mmind a few minor flaws in the software, as long as they are predictable. Overall, it used to be a good & versatile.

If you have the old app (Brookstone smart) please keep it. I updated to the latest version and lost the use of my smart universal remote control. I can't even get it to connect with the app anymore. It needs to be registered again as the new app cleared everything I had set up.
