| 2024-11-05 |  |  | Good idea, poor execution. App runs poorly. Notifications do not work. Companies do not respond to applications, preventing you from applying to other jobs in case they clash. Should be able to cancel applications before being accepted. Please hire a decent developer. These issues can easily be fixed!!! |

| 2024-02-13 |  | | Rubbish orka works poorly managed, didn't get NO shifts keep getting REJECTED on retail, corporate and event's site. Only site I got at accepted at V&A museum that's it. what do you want to see from security officer's, I have 2 year's experience working in security what else do you wanna see was that not enough for client's to see. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤬😡 Had enough of rejections, deleted my account for good. |
| 2022-04-14 |  | | It is a great app and I never had any issue with it. I have been using it since 2019. However, the recent updates have slow it down. I am using Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. It takes too long to load the application page. Please have a look into this issue. |
| 2022-04-09 |  | | It's 50/50. Passwords often stop working and resetting is a nightmate as the link they send takes yoy back to the login page with no option to set a new password. Ive been told by an Orka agent, Employers will only accept your application if you take all the shifts they offer and not jyst one or two. This is supposed to help people earn extra money, not only for people to take every shift offered. It stops employers paying agenct fees i suppose. |

My company charges just £0.99 for any amount requested. I requested for£280.00 from ORKA and the charge was almost £12.00. It's very bad , something should be done about it. |
| 2021-11-22 |  | | It is a time wasting app. I got my badge and applied to orka so that i could get flexible shifts. I was waiting a long time in background checks but in the end they told me that we cant find proof even if i provided them with a lot of letters and proofs. They just wasted my two months and i didnt apply anywhere else in hope that i could get on this app. Extremely disappointed😠 |

I lost interest in Broadstone, your old version, for the same reason, you never reply and when you do you barely want to help. Please delete my details ASAP. I am no longer interested in working with you. This to me feels like a scam for peoples details, I don't even know if what you are offering is real. Well done you've just added another bad review to your ridiculous app! |
| 2021-08-12 |  | | Orka app has a lot of flexibility security job opportunities, but they process is quite lengthy and hectic. Sometimes, it would be difficult to get the shifts. Despite of that, they pay rates are good. |
