2024-11-05	Roush 360	terrible app. you have to log in every time you open. no way to keep yourself logged in. also if you iwiha hunt, you have to go through the entire process of signing in, selecting country and location to even see if the spot is open to hunt. finally, the app crashes and says something went wrong. call this phone number to sign in. then you call them,they have to try signing you in only to find out that spot is already taken. what a waste of time and resources. very ineffective
2024-07-26	Eric Ward	This was mostly working for me, but the last 2-3 times I've tried to use the check in/checkout feature it has messed up. My last hunt it confirmed that I had checked out but when I tried to check in today it would not let me because it said I was still checked in. Every time I would try to check out so I could check back in it would crash.Finally uninstalled and reinstalled x2, when I get to the check-in step of entering my vehicle, the app just shuts off.Frustrating since it's required
2023-04-16	Tammie McCutchen	When choosing the "My Licenses" icon the app shuts down when I choose my account. So I will be unable to use app to show license if needed. And although it says at top of "My Licenses" screen to click on 'Add Licenses' button there is no 'Add Licenses' button.
2023-04-15	Clint Taipale	The app crashes everytime I try to fill out a harvest report when I hit the submit button. Since this is the only way you can notch an e-tag it's pretty frustrating.
2022-12-27	Rachel Bechelmayr	I'm not allowed to view my own licenses. I can only see a QR code. No actual info. Maybe it works for fish and game, but how do I know my licenses are renewed? How do I view dates so I know when to renew? As per usual, KS had something that worked great and ruined it. What a surprise.

I spent around 45 minutes just trying to buy my waterfowl stamp, honestly still don't know how I got it, and now I can't even get close to purchasing my deer tags. I just don't understand the change from an app with much cleaner and user friendly experience to this "new" one.
2022-12-02	Blaise Kaufman	App is absolute trash. Nothing works correctly. You will be completely frustrated with anything you try to do. You have to sign in at least 3 times every time you open the app. If you try to buy a permit it's a nightmare. If you ever actually get it to your cart, the checkout button won't work so you can't ever complete the purchase. The app gives you the option to add an image from your library for harvest reporting or take a picture in the app but upload does not actually work. Could go on..
2022-12-02	Geoffrey Peterson	The app crashes everytime I attempt to submit my carcass tag. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have the latest version. The canned response to the negative comments doesn't help. Whoever you are "JV", you need to fix the app, you are ripping off the state with this poorly coded app.
2022-12-01	Becky Shipley	Horrible! It doesn't work and you can't buy your tag or anything on this app. If you go to the KS website it sends you to the same thing and it still doesn't work. Bad time to start a new website/app during deer season!
2022-11-23	Jordan Gott	Garbage. Never had so many issues just trying to buy a license. App constantly just resets making you put your information in over and over and over again. Purchases won't go through.
