They app looks much better but the top part of the app uses a gray notification area when the app launches than switches to the red when tapping the tabs at the bottom. I think the area should be a consistent red like the one on the iPhone. Hope this gets fixed. Thank you.
2025-01-25	R&D Q	Update1/25/25: I have uninstalled, re-installed, cleared cache etc. This app takes over a minute to load and does not keep up with latest Android updates. The real kicker is that I am getting attitude from employees now because the app won't load in the store to pick up my online orders. It won't work at curbside or inside, the phone times out ( screen timeout 1 minute) before it will load.
2025-01-24	Daniel McAloon	Constant loading issues make the experience extremely frustrating. Whole sections of the store appear empty and most products won't load pictures or descriptions. My phone works great on all other apps and the iPhone next to me is using the BJs app just fine, it seems they just have a problem with this app. It also turns out some sections of our local store actually ARE empty, entire sections are unavailable to us unless we change our "home store." Lots of disappointment from BJs today
2025-01-23	Miro Stoyanov	It is hard to use an app that tells you your password or username is incorrect and believe when you use the same credentials to login on the website. I'm not the first to mention this, fix it! If I'm in the store using the wifi will log in fine, but the moment you step out and try to connect and use the app it becomes impossible. That's been for months now, fix it!
2025-01-20	Balloon Snake	The app works fine in most scenarios,but multiple times now I have had major issues with the app in regards to loading the membership card barcode. This only ever seems to happen right when I really need it to work (i.e. when I'm AT the pump or checkout line) This is particularly infuriating when every other function on the app works perfectly with the exception of the barcode. It also kicked me off the screen because it wanted me to connect to WIFI only to not let me reopen the barcode at all.
2025-01-18	Diamond Madison Washington	Horrible express pay, the scanner is too sensitive and picks up the wrong barcode. You can't purchase more than 30 items which defeats the purpose. When walking out, the older person at the door was overwhelmed and didn't seem to know what she was doing. We also noticed when people with lighter complexions went thru, she scanned 2 things, when we went thru she scanned all 9 items. We are a dark complexion. First time I used express pay and I will not be back due to the inept app & personnel
2025-01-18	Mike thecarguy	better and better with every update. Connecte to BJ's wifi when inside store for even faster response. Hats off to DEV, all your efforts are very appreciated. If you have any issues with this app, check all permissions. I can only hope that other companies pursue this app, as its quite rare ,when an application gets better over time with every update.
2025-01-14	Al Bell	Easy to use. Exceptional tracking of rewards program. BJ's is an all around solid, customer friendly, fairly priced wholesale club. It is missing a nice food court to entice the customers to come in even when they have no desire to shop but to eat. But once you're in and you see the brightly lit aisles and sales and discounts, you have to buy something sold in the club.
2025-01-13	Vijay P	It has gotten much better in just last one year. But, I tried express checkout and had a weird feedback from their own store employee - don't use it!!! Why? Because at the exit they have to manually scan each product again. What a waste of time!!! And this would take lot more time than regular checkout itself. So how is this express checkout??
2025-01-11	Antoine Jackson	Works better than the laptop. The app is so convenient. I use it for pickup and deliveries. You can create a wish list. The app is really amazing! I never have issues with it. At times the laptop won't let me sign on, not sure why. But never no issues with the app.
