I bought a lifetime membership a few months ago for my Hisense 58" tv from walmart, it is a smart tv that came with a roku remote but I am disabled and need a second remote. The app on my phone stopped working two nights ago and I have messaged customer feedback am hoping to hear back with how to fix it. If it's not able to be fixed I'd like a refund so I am able to get another phone remote app
