A number of the translations from Chinese are poor, and the app isn't overly intuitive in places. Status of lock seemingly changes repeatedly for every change since app last opened, rather than just jumping to current state.

The lock itself appears to be good so far but this app has a lot to be desired. Some small parts of it are in Mandarin or spelling/grammar is wrong. More importantly, the process to add a device is very faulty. The lock will report successful but the app status will not progress and eventually report failed. I had several frustrated minutes of trying again and again before I realised this and was able to verify the lock is connected.
