Very poor user friendly. Not detecting my phone at all. Now i cannot use phone to go to gate or lift. Need to call for security all the time.

Hard to use. My place need 2 scan, 1 for entry gate to compound and another to use the elevator, when it is use on gate it open just fine, but after that when tried to use on elevator, it always can't be read. There is also some 'settings' in the menu but need PIN which user like us will nvr kno, y put there if we can't use ? Wth ???
