this app will not load past the ocean rocks scene??? this is supposed to be a free platform for weight management & diabetes management from my insurance.

Downloaded app and tried to use it the past 2 weeks but haven't been able to get in. Once entering the email address and password, it just stays on the screen with ocean and rocks. I've un-installed and re-installed, same problem
