| 2025-01-18 |  | | Hate this app, logs me out, 80% of the time gets stuck logging back in. Almost useless. The only thing this does is allow authentication (so it's obviously logged into my account) but refuses to actually log into the app. And i have done all the tips and tricks to "fix" this from happening I'm definitely not the only person with this issue. Latest issue is hearthstone now doing the same thing. Just wanted to play something while i wait in the hospital and can't because of their login/auth issues |

This isn't a replacement at all, it's just a moblie store for their games. I want to have time in game to do dungeons and raids, not sit at multiple different mission boards from different expansions. |

Even when i authenticate my account I still have to cancel the connection relog into game an then open the authentication app to manually put in the numbers to access my games. Other wise i sm stuck in a connection loop of doom! Won't authenticate the mobile app so i cannot see past the login screen of the mobile app. Customer service is useless. |

The app has been updated, the caches cleared, logged out and back in, uninstalled and re-installed, tried on cellular data and multiple wifi sources, I've tried it being the only app actively running - even contacted support and nothing. Would be nice to be able to use this again for seeing my online friends and for whispers, but no. |

No idea why they decided to discontinue the previous authenticator app, but this one does not work. Even the 'contact support' link on their website links to a page with nothing but a yellow triangle on it. The answer is to just have a less secure account I guess because the alternative is not even being able to login. The bar for quality just keeps getting lower and lower... |

Needed to relog into my account and it launched me into my browser to do so, however the login there resulted in an infinite loop to that screen. After trying 2 other browsers I no longer had the infinite loop but it wanted to to confirm the log in with the in app authenticator. The authenticator in the app I was attempting to log into. I had to remove authentication from my account in order to even get into the app. |

Once you enter them and sign in, it immediately bumps out of the window back to the main page, then brings up the window again this time with the credentials cleared and no indicator as to what happened other than an error popping up. There's no loading or lag time either it instantly fails and reloads. It doesn't say anything was wrong with password or anything. |

Once you do get in and stay connected, there's not much and you realize the effort it took was not worth it. All of this just so you can have access to the authenticator, which used to be a really simple and great app until it was ported into this app. |
