I have been a customer of theirs for about 6 years. Their app has always worked perfectly until October of 2024 when I downgraded from team to personal and then it no longer wanted to track any of my drives on magictrip. I could not configure the settings to get the app to work anymore. I've opened six or more conversations with support who just give me a copy and paste answers and have not fixed the problem in 3 months. I'm disappointed as a long-term customer.
