I booked your bus as per customer rating. But I have faced only one difficulty. I booked the seat but it was not reclining. I couldn't sleep the whole night. Just sat there just at a 90 degree angle. So if the seat can't recline, you should have mentioned that. But it was not mentioned anywhere, after boarded the bus conductor told me about that.

I am travel from chhoti sadri to udaipur(Rajasthan) And i booked my seat no. DD but i dont have seat i'm stand chhoti sadri to nimbhara. know i'm seating behind driver seat. I want to refund my money. other wise i will take legel action ! This is my useless journey. If you want proof, so have proof also.
