2025-01-04	Luis Campos Roca	Highly NOT recommended!!! After waiting a week for my Bitcoin transfer to become available for withdrawal, I discovered that a $50 withdrawal cost me $40. The process lacked transparency, i accepted the fee unfortunately.
2024-12-01	Mohammed Elrawy	This was one of the 1st and the main platform I used to trade crypto. You just don't realise how poor it is until you try something new. A usdt withdawal is still processing 3 hours after I confirmed it. !! And yes withdrawing to another platform and will close my account on Bitfinex for good.
2024-10-25	Ugwu Hillary	The KYC portal is having network issues I can't even do my KYC. Please try and resolve the problem or even make it easier by doing all those stuffs in the app.
2024-09-18	I	Charge a flat rate of 0.0004 BTC for ALL bitcoin transfers. That's $35 per transaction when it's literally $0.35 for transactions right now. SCAM ARTISTS, 100 TIMES THE PRICE FOR TRANSACTIONS. STILL CHARGING 100 TIMES THE CURRENT TRANSFER FEE (0.25 cents for a fast transaction) They charge 24 DOLLARS. SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, REPORTING TO GOVERNMENT FRAUD DEPARTMENT.
2024-09-13	WEIDER ISAIAH‐54	For now am rating 1% because of verification, I have given every thing which is update but they are telling me to provide updated documents,guys in customer care and verification, please view well our documents, it seems some one he's or she's tired, worked night shift, this looks suspicious Really am so much disappointed and am waiting your reply if not so I will close my account and delete this app,thanks.
2024-08-18	Mohammed Elrawy	I thought it's a good app. After trying other platforms, I realised how poor this is. Very simple thing, the trade history. Why would it disappear after a short while?! And no marks on the chart to tell you how much did you buy that coin. So how am I supposed to make trading decisions? Many times when I open it, I can't see my favourite coins list. I have to kill it and reopen few times to see them.
2024-08-03	ABOMUGISHA IVAN	Very good app, but there are lots of requirements for verification, making the process very complex. You can make a verification requirements simple and standard. You ask too much, of which some information is just repeated. You can further simplify the process.
2023-01-11	Ash Monga	Decent app but I absolutely hate the fact that despite having "History" tabs, it is almost impossible to track order history as it disappears from the tabs after a very short time and the reporting feature for order history is really not clean, instead of showing overall trade details it shows minute details of how the order was executed which is largely irrelevant. Been using BFX for 5 years now and accessing order history has always been a real pain.
2021-10-05	Mark Calway	The most confusing software ever! I've loaded cash. I go to trade page balance is zero. The Money is on the app, but not the trade page. If you do not have a computer science degree and 10 years exchange trading experience, Do no put money here! There are many much more user friendly platforms out there. This sort of thing is what makes Coinbase the go to. Bitfinex sort you platform out. We are losing money jumping through these ridiculous hoops. Don't know if I'll ever get my money back. Sigh!!
2021-06-23	Fie Fie Arisandi	One of the best crypto trading apps I've used so far! It's packed with essential functionalities for easy trading while away from the laptop. It's also intuitive, so I don't need to read a how to use guideline article to use it. Most importantly, it's very stable in crucial times. I've never missed the dip with Bitfinex app. Love what the team is doing! Kudos!
