Why do you make us first download the video clips from the camera, then you have to open the camera, go to gallery and then download them again to get them on your phone. Why is none of this automatic? It's a basic function of the app. It's like whoever is developing this app has never actually tried to use it themselves. No matter how good the wifi connection is with the camera, it runs like it's on dial up internet and most of the time won't load anything.

Not liking the reviews on this product. When I try to adjust the zone that records, it just spins alot, like it is trying to work. Also it says no subscription, but that is decieving as well, for if you use the cloud, there is a cost associated with it. The app function from what I have seen is horrible. Please fix this app.

This app is terrible. You can't change the settings at all. It just loads and loads, and then you have to completely exit out of the app, and then it still won't change. It doesn't record video when birds show up. It only takes a picture. I try to change the settings to get video, and once again, it won't let me change anything. This is useless, which then makes the feeder useless. If they would just work on the app and fix the issues, then the feeder would be amazing.
