Cancelation Issues and Unresponsive Support: As of 1/12/2025, I’ve been unable to cancel my subscription despite following the steps in their FAQ. The "Manage Subscription" option is missing, and multiple attempts to contact support have gone unanswered. It’s frustrating and feels unethical to make cancelation this difficult. I’ll gladly update this review if resolved, but the current lack of response is unacceptable for a subscription service.

This feels like a scam. The app was horrible but I stupidly paid for the premium version. I've been trying to cancel. Apparently it can only be done through the app and the part I need to click on to end the subscription is not doing anything.
