Very poor in transactions. I'll have to wait 24hrs before my money reflects on the app It been 48hrs 48hrs 😭💔 still nothing I think you guys should do a better job with your network. This one time around November I bought 2gb data, showed successful and till today being Jan 21st I've still not seen the data. The guy on WhatsApp is not even responding 😭

To be honest, I literally enjoyed using this app in the beginning. But upon updating the app, using it became frustrating. Also, I've lost a reasonable amount put together on different occasions funding my account as they never reflect on my balance, and the customer service is overly poor. I'm already checking for a substitute.
