Bien souvent, lorsque j'essaie de me connecter, l'application me met "identifiant ou mot de passe incorrect". Alors que les informations sont bien renseignées. Ceci me limite dans mes transactions ou lorsque je veux vérifier mon solde. Ça amène à se demander à quoi sert l'application quand on ne peut pas y avoir accès lorsqu'on est dans le besoin. En plus, le délai de validation des virements à l'interne, c'est à dire entre le compte épargne et le compte courant est trop long.
