| 2025-01-09 |  | | I ordered a shirt and a trouser total worth around 2500. Unfortunately trouser didn't fit me well and shirt I did not like the colour and thought to replace it first. When i went for an exchange it asked for 150 each (300 total). Then i got frustrated and returned both products by paying 300 extra from my pocket. Here i just lost 300 for choosing Beyours. Lesson learnt not gonna order anything from you🙏 |

Their return policy is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They charge ₹149 for an exchange, but they don’t ask for the payment at the time of the exchange. Instead, they send a separate email asking us to complete the payment, and they only process the order after the payment is made. |
