Data is not great. There are so many potential data providers that BV could be using to to provide more and accurate data. Criminal reports are missing data, lack detail, and inaccurate. Work history could easily be found on LinkedIn profiles but BV doesn't scrape that data or get it from a 3rd party sources. Family connections are inaccurate and seem to have some very weak matching. I remember this service being much better (and cheaper) in the past but recently resubscribed and am not impresse

Doesn't work anymore! I've used this app for years and found it extremely useful. I stopped my subscription for a while and then I restarted it a few months ago. Now every time I go to use it it tells me I need a subscription. When I go to subscribe it tells me I already have a subscription . They've been taking $22 out of my account for the last 3 months. I talked to support about this. Now they want screenshots of my payments and all possible user accounts I might have. What a hassle!
