Then, after several months of using the service successfully, they suddenly decided to "fail" my verification again and I had to restart from scratch! Probably it's more convenient for operators to simply refuse verification for those who don't have a local ID card. |

Ask for support then request for too many private information such as personal selfie holding ID card. I only want to make transistion about few dollars so I will not provide my information for that. To SEA group: dont force customer to use this horrible application when we want buy stuff on shopee. We can take advantage you guy to buy directly from supplier. Please improve!!! |

I have been using internet banking for this debit atm card for over 2 years so i don't know why this is happening. Better to uninstall and forget about this pay app. Useless to wast my time as it seems rather complicated. |

Edit: Get a new bank account and linked successful with the wallet but still can't add my VISA card, the app asked for password then do nothing. I would voted this app zero star if possible. Thumb down. If there is no Now and Shopee, this app should have been dead for long. |

Clearly AirPay reply rating team didn't understand me so me make it clear, all information that I provided are absolute right and every banking services are activated but the app still not working. |
