Nowhere in the game does it say if you lose a match, you lose extra coins. It just shows you lose so many stars. So if you go into a game with enough coins to play two games and you lose by too many points you can no longer play that second game, limiting the amount of time you can play without watching a ton of ads. I don't mind watching an ad or two, but in order to play in the games that count towards the boat race, you'd need to watch at least 4-5 ads for enough coins to play one game.

Elizabeth King, 2025-01-15Great and fun at first. I played. I won. I lost. I gathered a decent pot of coins. Then, almost all the players only went for Rummy (no one had previously) and that point spread is hard to beat (especially when they Rummy on their first turn). My coins were quickly gone and you have to watch a ton of ads to have enough to play. They push hard for you to buy stuff (annoying!) but I refuse to if I'm going to lose them that fast.
