This app really disappointed me with the way how they handle things. I paid for something 1 time and they have been taking money off my account every month without my knowledge. Not one single confirmation email was sent so that I was aware and could have canceled it or even just an email to ask my permission if I want to continue the purchase. If I never went into the bank I would have never known they were taking money from me.

I am extremely upset over how big of a scam this is. First you are asked to subscribe to even see any of the answers but when you do it says you aren't, or it says link not found. Then you cancel your subscription and they still try to charge you monthly. I have emailed over and over saying I'm not subscribed yet they still charge me. When I try calling the numbers shown for support, you get sent straight to voicemail.extremely upsetting.
