On the 18th I had 100€ in my account: I made a transfer of 50€ and the other 50€ just vanished. Went to the bank, they couldn't know where they went. 50€ isn't much, but if you do that to a few more people, now you're making millions from this bullsh**t.

transactions are not available on a timely manner in the app. If you make a payment and you want to confirm it was done the app does not reflect the transaction nor immediately nor on the same day as other banks do. It is misleading specially if you want to confirm a transaction was done ( and avoid to pay it twice)
