2024-06-28	Brad	App functions ok, just slow sometimes. Service is trash. The volume is quiet at best, right up until the ads start then it's just short of deafening. Numerous times during a game, it will not get back to the game in time during an ad break and the first pitch or two is missed. It's a paid service but still has ads during at bat changes. I'll likely be canceling my subscription when it is up due to the above reasons unless something changes.
2024-04-09	Kelly	Most recent update rendered the app mostly useless for me. I like to check in on players I roster in my fantasy baseball leagues, but now searching for a specific game is incredibly difficult. There used to be a drop down where you could choose the affiliate and the level (AAA, AA, etc), but that went away. Now I have to go through the scores, which only allows you to select the affiliated team, but not the level. So at least 4 games show up, and you have no idea the level. Please fix.
2024-02-25	A Google user	Needs serious work. 1. Scrolling issue- when trying to go downwards to the next news article, it automatically scrolls right to the video section. 2. After watching an actual game video, theres no way to return to the home screen except by totally killing off the app and then restarting. 3. No way to hide the scores. 4. Doesnt allow you to peruse a team's info (roster, stats, coaching, etc.. ) unless you actually select that team in the app settings as a favorite team.
2023-08-18	Noel Schively	This app is pretty useless. Used to be pretty decent, but I swear, they made it less usable. They're leveraging a lot of web pages instead of a true app, and those web pages don't work. For example, the Standings page - you cant look back the first half standings. It defaults to the AAA team, and it's a pain to switch teams. The main page is the score of the latest game, then you have to scroll down past three huge ugly for sale buttons, and then you get to the other teams. Nav is just bad
2023-04-13	Brian Greene	This app has a really non-intuitive user interface. Anything on here seems harder to find or do then it should be. Two specific things. It really needs the ability to cast to a larger screen since there is no MILB app for any streaming devices. Also, what is the point of having second or third favorite teams? Nothing seems to show up for them in any meaningful way.
2022-08-04	Tom TJ Kuzia	We use this app to follow our sons play baseball. Used to work fine but recent updates have made it impossible to navigate and the app will not stay on. I am so disappointed. I now have to navigate through the internet for scores, stats, rosters and schedules. Update: the app does not shut down like it used to but you cannot see box scores or Game Day from the app. Still one star.
2022-04-28	john topoleski	I love minor league baseball and go to a lot of games. This app makes it easy to get rosters and game action. My first rating was 2 stars because it kept crashing, but a tech person actually called me shortly after my review was posted. I never had that kind of customer service. This is why I love minor league ball. Now there's another issue: the box scores on the app don't open in a browser.
2022-04-09	Alison Sliwa	App is basically useless. Can't watch any video. It just keeps saying "There is an issue with the content you're trying to watch. Please try again." Tried updating the app, tried on several different days, no luck. It provides a hub for game schedules, links to buy tickets and merch, and links to buy food at the stadium, but that's about it.
2021-06-14	Jeffrey Orner	I have tried emailing, calling, etc. You still refuse to help or fix the app. Every game I try to watch on MiLBTV on my phone the video plays for a minute and stops. Then I have to press play again. Then it runs for another minute and stops again. The time on the lower left of the video screen is only a minute behind the time on the right and that is how long it runs. However, when I watch on laptop thru website it works fine. You idiot! I just told you I have emailed many times with no help.
2021-05-09	B Russ	Literally the worst app installed on my phone. Try to listen to your favorite team and it takes you to a web page where you sift through an alphabetical list of teams. From there it takes you to your teams "listen now" milb website where you get another error when try to listen. Utter trash. As minor league baseball tries to survive in a difficult environment, this app makes it worse not better.
