I need to update my ID. It either didn't recognize the phone camera or claimed I had no Internet. Finally it let me take the picture & scan my face & it said that they have all they need & in order to complete I need to click the submit button. There was no button. The submit button eventually came up & it supposedly was done. It logged me out & when I logged in it prompted me to do this again & I can't do anything else on the app because of this. I wasted time & still can't use the app at all
