| 2023-09-30 |  | | I have "never" had a decent experience with this app. I typed my username and password "correctly" this app says it's wrong. I have called and spoke with someone from my branch and she gave me instructions "how to log in" it doesn't work. This app "never did!" I need my balance and there is no way I can get it on weekends. I have called bank it won't help me now. |

| 2023-03-06 |  | | So easy to use and tech support is always one easy phone call away. I recently moved out of state and I stayed with BAC even though they are smaller bank because the customer service cant be matched in my opinion |
| 2022-05-19 |  | | I used to love this app it made everything so easy but now it just opens to a white screen and that's it, so now I have to log on online and it's a pain for what I do, I'm done trying to fix it, update::: they fixed the App and it's working good again I gave it 4 stars because it's the second time they screwed up on updates, the first time I had to get a new phone because it changed and was not backward compatible with my version of Android |
