Recent reviews

This is by far the worst airline app I've ever used. Constantly "can't connect", "can't find it", "isn't available", "no longer possible" and so on. Always struggles to find my bookings. Even after adding them they take forever to show up. Generally cluttered interface, hard to find information at a glance. Really adds to stress during travel, when there's already enough to worry about. Occasionally does something remotely useful so I'll add a star for that I guess.

Here are my favorite error messages from one attempt to use this app: 'Refresh Error We are currently unable to update the arrival and departure times for your next flight. Please try again later' 'Sorry, we are unable to determine your check-in status. This means we won't be able to give you a mobile boarding pass' 'Unable to update data' Unfortunately this is my experience on every attempt to use this app and each time I fly with BA. It appears to need reengineering from scratch.
