The website was not working properly when we try online check in and I am travelling with kids and our seat were separated. I am so disappointed and annoyed. I am not sure what are they going to do about it

the check in function doesn't keep and give us information to choose which flight ticket that we want to check in. booking details have to manually key in which causes me to exit check in page and search for my booking reference which is inconvenient. it seems the person that created this mas apps or the mas personnel that approves the apps doesn't use mas airlines themselves.else why no improvement on simple obvious coding problem?
