2025-01-31 | Completely Useless for Corporate Banking! This app is one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. The interface is outdated and confusing, making even simple tasks a hassle. The reaction time is painfully slow, and good luck trying to make a transaction smoothly—it’s almost impossible! There are no proper statement features, no real utility apart from maybe making fixed deposits. What’s the point of a corporate banking app if it can’t even handle basic operations. | ||

2024-12-24 | it is such a dirty bank I have done a transaction in my life. I opened an account, 50000 deposit was cut from the account, but even after 20 days, the account is not activated. They are just thieves. They call the head office and they do not pick up the phone. I called Kerala nodel Officer. They also did not call back and they did not call back after saying that they can update I mailed and got no reply they are totally a bad bank. Try not to open company accounts with this bank as much as psbl | ||

By mistake if you put wrong password in corporate internet banking you 2 days are gone. Worst nightmare for your company. Asking branch manager to send mail and numerous emails when I have all details with me and I can authorise through IVR but still take 2 days!!. Stay away from this bank. | ||
