This app drives me nuts. I have never had an order WITHOUT an issue. Driver tracking doesn't work properly, when they miss an item you have to phone and talk to 3 different people, some really bizarre substitutions. Their competitors are miles ahead. 2025 update: app still sucks. Still waiting for the day I have a flawless order - it has not yet happened. Every single other on demand delivery service is better.
