2024-04-13 | I am not able to login the app it says "Incorrect password or upgrade your app". Neither have I changed my password nor there is any app update on playstore. Worst app experience. | ||

No addresal mechanism for my concern, raising query in the app from 3 days but no revert. No customer care, only query can be raised but no one reverts. Also Limited banks associated, HDFC Bank not a part of their payment gateway. Stuck with this app... | ||

2022-07-31 | Syncing with payment apps is worst, does not update account against payment immediately. If power is cut due to less balance, even after payment it does not resume power immediately as well as automatically. Many times generating wrong bills, even generating the bills with zero reading also. |
