UPDATE: after several months, I still can't log into the app. As I rent several times a month, this is a big deal. I'm about to switch providers. Man, I wish I hadn't updated. I had to update, update AGAIN, change my password on the web, uninstall completely and reinstall just to get it to let me log in *at all.* It's unusable.

This app is so bad that I've actually jumped on to give it a rating. The old app before the major update/design change worked just fine. The app looks prettier but can't even function now, its EXTREMELY SLOW now and literally can't load pictures. Function beats beauty every time with apps.
