| 2025-01-17 |  | | PHOTO ALBUMS DELETED AVG cleaner deleted my camera roll and a ton of other photos albums that I had. I'm a photo person and my phone was full of photos and alumbs. There is no way to get them back. Thank dog I have them backed up, but I want the albums on my phone. I don't see anything that gives them permission to delete photo albums. |

The service works well enough. You guys need to have a phone number in a place it can easily be found for these types of issues. The app works, but this is horrible customer service. |
| 2024-12-22 |  | | Went to do a quick clean to just get rid of excess data caches which was only about 84mb like the app said. As soon as it was done I noticed it freed up more than 100 GB. Realized later that this stupid app just erased all of the photos and videos on my phone from over a year before I could back it up. Absolutely absurd. |

And I like the way it shows me Beforehand the List of every single thing that it can delete...then I just Check the ones I Do want to delete & Don't Check the ones I Don't want to delete. Simple. Quick. Nice. |
| 2024-12-10 |  | | I've used AVG since I first got a computer, and that was over 20+ years ago. I was so glad to find out that they have AVG for my Android. you won't find any better!! They take care of cleaning my phone and scanning for virus's checking my network speed, etc. And that is the free version! I'm getting ready to purchase the premium version. Not a big cost to get the extras they offer. try it!! It is worth it! |

If you find that you were trying to stop apps that are running and you're getting an error message of why they can't be stopped, simply uninstall the software and reinstall it, and that problem will go away. If you have the premium version which I highly recommend, then contact technical support and they will even connect to your phone and help you to fix the problem that you're having. That's how I found out how to fix my problem in the future |
| 2024-12-06 |  | | When I'm doing deep clean (free user that watches ads for that), It's supposed to automatically go through each app one by one and delete its cache. Instead, it just sends me to the settings and do absolutely nothing. Even if I clear manually it doesn't move on, please fix this! Until then, this is useless. |

Today you took away two aspects of the app I was content with watching ads to get access to pretty much full access and today you guys got greedy. Going to uninstall and try one of your competitors Free ver. Works, listen to an add. Ok. But with all the bloatware Samsung loaded on my phone, why not a cache cleaner? |

It told me it would save me a TON of storage, so I decided to try it out. Before doing this, I had deleted a few large apps, so the "storage space running out" notification wasn't there. After optimizing photos (multiple times, different settings), I had much less space than before. The notification is back, I tried cleaning, and nothing is working. |

Been using this brand for years. Watch an ad to clean my phone. Apparently ad revenue isn't good enough anymore. Maybe I sound greedy, but I just spent so much time watching ads for this app to no longer work. Thanks for the heads up, guys. Super cool. I want my cleanings for the amount of ads I watched... |
