I have been using this platform to buy and sell from this company for over a year now. I am not happy with the service for numerous reasons. Communication between the staff and their clients are non-existent. Customer service is definitely not their top priority. I have recently submitted items to be sold on the next upcoming auction just to find that they have not even listed it on the auction. This was the last straw. There are other auctioneers who are much more willing and happy to assist
