2025-02-05 | Why would you get rid of the best feature on your app? This app used to allow you to block ALL numbers that were NOT in your contacts. Calls from private numbers, public numbers, spam. This helped eliminate 100% of unwanted calls. For whatever reason, though, you've removed this option. What a horrible decision. This app is completely useless now. Unistalled. UPDATE: The app #Call Blocker is an excellent alternative.
2025-02-04 | UPDATE 2/4/25: WORTHLESS REPLY BY ATT - DIDN'T ADDRESS ANYTHING IN REVIEW! Att destroyed main use of app by disabling feature to send Unknown callers to VM. Besides above, new layout is non-intuitive & cumbersome. Cellphone settings only allow TOTAL BLOCKING of unknown callers rather than option to send to VM. Causes immense difficulty when dealing with professional business (like hospitals) responses. They often use unpublished back-office numbers. We NEED option to SEND UNKNOWN CALLERS TO VM.
2025-02-04 | This was the best app, but now it has erased the option of sending unregistered numbers to voicemail. My cell is set to let all my contacts thru, but it's now sending all calls thru. It's so annoying to have the wrong numbers calling all the time. Why did you guys remove the option to send unregistered numbers not on my contact list to voicemail? My cell is literally ringing all day long with the wrong numbers.
2025-02-04 | Why would you delete the BEST feature of this app to block calls that are not in my contacts? I promoted the app for this feature. it prevented a lot of unwanted calls. It says the feature is now in the os system. I am 72 yrs old, and I don't even know what that means or where to find it. This upgrade is a disservice. ATT you changed an excellent app to one that sucks. *In response to your response. We know how to block spam and private calls. WE ARE ASKING ABOUT BLOCKING CALLS NOT N CONTACTS
2025-02-04 | Every time there's an update, the more features go out the window. I never used to receive calls unless it was from one of my contacts. I checked off to have everything else go to my voicemail. But especially after this last update, EVERY call rings thru. Very annoying.
2025-02-03 | Recent updates are terrible. The ability to search for phone numbers no longer adequately supports copy and paste on mobile. The requirement to log in to view some security alerts is frustrating. I could go on. This app needs a major overhaul. I am considering leaving AT&T over this, but hope some much needed changes are made.
2025-02-02 | I guess the app works, but they have added constant notificationa about features that I do not have enabled. CONSTANT NOTIFICATIONS... Over and over, all day long. I have another VPN, I do not want to be forced to use yours. I get a notification on my watch, and it is telling me that I don't have VPN set up. Then another notification that says I don't have Safe Browsing set up. I clear the notification, and repeat in about an hour. If this doesn't change, I will unsubscribe and uninstall.
2025-02-01 | No longer supports blocking calls not in my contacts. A notice popped up stating it's no longer supported as that feature is part of the phone. The only way to do it on the phone is with do not disturb and that means you can no longer use that feature the way it was intended. Come on AT&T, put this back in the app as that is a key function.
2025-01-31 | Loved the app until recently. No matter how many times I clear notifications related to features I don't want to use, they return in minutes. The constant notifications going off annoyed me to the point I turned off notifications from the app entirely which means I will likely miss notifications thst are actually important.
2025-01-31 | Like many other recent reviews, apparently between Samsung and ATT this app has been ruined. Until about a week ago this was THE app to have to white-list your incoming calls. Now due to changes that have been made to the Samsung phone app as well as ActiveArmor, this capability is dead. And NO, the reccomended settings being provided by ATT or Samsung will NOT fully restore this functionality. RIP ActiveArmor. You were a great product. |
