2024-12-12	Liz Davila	After using it for free for about a month, I decided to go premium so I paid the requested annual amount couple of weeks ago. Today my bank informs me that YOU MONDLY took an unauthorized amount from my account!?? Why on earth would u do that when I had already paid for the whole year subscription!? I want an explanation and a refund!!
2024-11-22	Damian Warzecha	Good and straight forward app. The only thing that could be fixed is the : speech to text technology.
2024-11-15	Carly Thorne	Something in their update has tanked the microphone feature on this app. I used it last year and it was great. I recently purchased the yearly subscription again only to discover that the speaking portion of the tests pretty much doesn't work.at all any more. Will we see some improvements to this?

2023-08-17	Amy Victoria McEwen	I have worked with this app for about one year, now and am aware of the updates they have made, which I think are excellent. I love working in and with this app, and do find it a bit addictive and that it provides a challenge to oneself, which I find fun and continuosly challenging. The one problem is that they always seem to forget that I have already purchased the premium edition, so I will have to figure out what to do about that. They should be able to know that from my email address.
2023-04-01	Nelida AKA Sara	Thank you for the reply, Mondly. I understand that, it is just as I said. I'd benefit from some rules along with new words. I like growing the vocab, but I cannot form sentences on my own if I dont understand how they need to change based on structure. I have noticed some patterns, but without rigid rules, I cannot work out other things. Wish i could skip spelling. Accidently hit the wrong first letter and I cannot erase and have to get it wrong to continue.
2021-02-04	Petr Jandal	Well I am very disappinted. I dont recommend it. Its for beginners with many translation mistakes and there are no Grammar lectures. 1] on my mobile I in settings in Google Play I have to each payment confirm. Apparently it doesnt work for yearly subscription. 2] google informed me "In accordance with the law, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of digital services within 14 days of making the purchase. Use this form to resign." Mondly support told me, I dont have the right. I am going to contact the EU customer right office. 3] I have seen many times, that the translations in lectures are not correct. There is no an easy way to report it. You have to close the lecture an than go to form and there is no way how to send print screen. 4] We had been using it last 1/2 year and it turned up that there are missing Grammar lectures.
2021-01-23	Oskar Milun	Has potential, but also bugs and occasionally inaccurate translations (translating into English, but more often occurred in Polish). While connecting words to possible illustrations, the text occasionally disappears, this occurred on both devices that I tried using the application on, additionally when you have to spell the word shown on the illustration, individual letters also dissappear. Finally, the progression is not optimum for a new learner.I enjoyed it, but wish it would have been better
2020-11-18	Michelle Panozzo	I have been using this app for about a week now. I really like it! It's easy to navigate, has lots of different lessons to do and you can repeat lessons for extra practice. I got it to learn Italian, but I ended up unlocking all available languages and added Japanese. I'm learning a lot so far!
