| 2024-03-02 |  | | Was a decent app but every time I try to open a new account it just says to try again later. I have reset the app by uninstalling it and installing it again twice now but it still doesn't work even a few months later. Very disappointed. |
| 2023-12-18 |  | | Worst banking app I've ever used. Instant balance option never works, fingerprint never works, my login never works!!! I have to call the bank just to find out what my gd balance is because the app is such garbage! If I can't check my balance anytime like I could with my old bank, then I regret ever signing up for this bank. Ridiculous. Fix your app or at least fix your website! |

| 2022-03-04 |  | | Working great. ALMOST perfect. Thank You! It didn't open for my new Pixel 6 until I downloaded the app from the Astra Bank web page. That link worked fine after I restarted my phone. Android users prepare to be frustrated until you figure that out. Make sure your app is set to receive automatic updates. |
| 2022-03-01 |  | | Works fine until it doesn't. I only use it to check my balance and transation history but latley the app has 100% refused to open. My phone is a Droid and only about a year old and Ive made sure it has the most current updates so I dont see what the problem would be. |
