I suggest when your participants being rejected then give them reasons why they are not qualified to answer the survey specially it happen when the points is high and it was very rewful we don't know if the system or the app is the problem itself.Your app ismany users and many users trusted on this app but please exchange a good deed to them by giving them fair treatment,give them what they deser |
| 2024-07-25 |  | | Rakuten Insight is a decent survey app, but I'm frustrated with the frequent "not qualified" tags for high-reward surveys. I answer pre-screen questions honestly, but still end up with only 5 points. It feels like the app is designed to limit earning potential. |

If there's available survey for you they will email it to you and will be automatically displayed on the Survey Page. I have been withdraw exactly Php. 300.00 and as a college student that is pretty cool like earning while answering surveys. |
| 2023-07-05 |  | | The app is good, although I still haven't tried withdrawing points. The surveys are easy to answer, but the frequency of surveys is quite low. Also, some surveys dont notify, especially for pc only surveys. But overall experience is good. |
| 2023-06-19 |  | | This app is so unfair. Everytime there is a large point that you'll be earning in answering a survey it's not working and the survey will automatically close itself. Kindly fix it cause it's just wasting our time trying to answer those surveys cause we want to get the points but not been able to finish it because it keeps on returning to the first page. |

Survey/s are good and it still gives you points even if you are disqualified for that kind/set of questionnaire. You are lucky enough if you get more points. (I experienced it myself and got more points unexpectedly because of big surveys, just answer it right). Performance wise. App not taken up so much storage. All in all, this is a great survey app! |
| 2023-06-14 |  | | Been using this app for a while now and to my surprise, it is actually legit. Very easy to earn points especially if your notifications are on since it informs you if you are eligible for a new survey. The payouts are reflected within a day, which is the fastest I've ever received and also earning points only takes a few days since almost every survey gives you about 300 points. Will definitely recommend to my friends and loved ones. |
