| 2024-05-16 |  | | This app is a total Fraud, first they took orders from customers and then they cancelled it and does not provide refunds. There rating should be in 0. I ordered two ac from them, they cancelled it three months ago, but doesn't provide any refund. There cost is around 76 k . There product such as air conditioner are expensive as compared to market value. So this app is a total Fraud. I recommend to never download this app. Worst app on Google Play Store |

We ordered 8 LED Smart TV in 27 November 2023 and they delivered 8 Non Smart TV after so much effort of returning the LED TV they are unable to provide Refund from 2 months they are not picking up call they don't answer email they are just scamming the whole retailers blocking all funds and creating customer dispute. Prices are very high compared to the wholesale market and also charging heavy Shipping fee. No customer support after the delivery. They only manipulate you. If there is any refund, they refund it in your Arzoo wallet and you can only use 10% of your Arzoo wallet amount. Sent email as per Arzoo reply , still no answer |

| 2023-05-23 |  | | Worst experience.I appeal to all retailers never buy anything from arzoo.They sell cheap products and packing is always damaged,late delivery,worst service and customer care service and most important thing they will never accept returns and if by chance they will accept they won't pick it up and won't refund your money back.I learned this thing thats why I request all retailers don't purchase from arzooo.Its better to purchase from local distributor. |

The refrigerator was never picked up from my store and my money was not credited. I tried to contact customer care but there was literally no response from them. The app is good unless you receive a damaged product because trust me they are never going to take it back. Look at me, I am stuck with one damaged refrigerator of rupess eighteen thousand in my store |
